Sponsoring education facilities for children of the interior
In the interior of West Papua education is not or scarcely organized. Existing schools have a shortage of teachers and materials. Teenagers have to go to the big cities to go to midschool and highschool. Besides most families don't have enough income to pay the college money and housing in the city. Teenagers don't have much chance to get an education and therefor their chances of a paid working career are really small.
Our projects focus on the sponsorship of education faciltities. For example providing housing for the teenagers of the interior who have to move to the city to go to highschool. |
